Creatine Pure
How long does creatine last?
I have a bottle of 99% pure Creatine. It hasn’t been open since 2005. Is any of it good? I’ve heard that it could turn to creatinine which may or may not be poisonous
There is usually expiry dates listed on the majority of supplements somewhere on the bottle. If you don’t see one you could always call the manufacturer and ask. Most of it is good for a year, maybe two tops.
I wouldn’t use it without knowing the expiry date.
