How can I lose weight healthily and fast?
I had a baby almost a year ago and right after I had her, I lost 60 lbs. But due to depression, I gained it all back. I have been super skinny my whole life until I was about 16 (I’m 20 now) and I just can’t seem to get back to the way I was.
I have done everything. Excercise and eating right, cereal diet, sandwich diet, juice diet. I even tried those Acai Diet pills, and they made me GAIN weight!
I am active All Day, cleaning, taking care of my daughter, and I work and that’s always a good workout! 
But I just need some advice. I would like to lose 20 lbs atleast by Thanksgiving so my family will stop snickering behind my back about how much weight I’ve gained.
So any suggesstions? No rude comments please! And don’t suggest anything expensive, like Jenny Craig or something!
Again, I am not going to buy anything! Do not try and sell me anything or promote your business. I want to know what real people have gone through and how they lost the weight.
Talk to a doctor. Their may be other issues preventing you from losing weight. I have seen first hand the affects your thyroid can have on you. It can cause depression and it can cause you to gain weight. It may be nothing YOU are doing or at fault for.
