I take ZMA, Tribulus terrestris, And Mucuna puriens. What are the side effects of these?
I have noticed some acne, and a better mood. But last night i pissed my bed and had a horrible nose bleed. What could be the cause of this? Along with the side effects?
ur saynin u eat…plants? these are plants found around the wrld en u eat them is that correct? these are sumtimes known for dietary treatments the nose bleed could b becuz of the dry air. yes the weak bladder mayb a side effect. i suggest u stop taking it en talk 2 ur diet physician
